Refunds
We are not able to offer refunds for sessions/courses once processed. In the event you are informed of a medical reason in which you are unable to start your course or session, we are able to refund this.
Cancellations
PRE LASER PREP
Please ensure you check our do’s and don’ts page for your pre laser appointment preparation. If you attend an appointment not following these instructions i.e have fake tan on, you will also loose this appointment. These guidelines are in place for your safety and if they are not met we will be unable to do your treatment.
If you attend an appointment unshaven there will be a £30 shaving charge. This is a last resort, please respect your therapist by coming fully prepared as them having to shave you will also eat into your laser time!
