HOW WE WILL DEAL WITH YOUR COMPLAINT

At Laser Me Out Clinic, we are committed to providing exceptional service. However, if you have any concerns or are dissatisfied, we have a structured complaints procedure in place to address your issues.

If you wish to file a formal complaint against Laser Me Out Clinic, you can do so through the following channels:

Once we receive your complaint, it will be handled according to the following three-step procedure:

STAGE 1

You will receive an acknowledgment within 3 working days of us receiving your complaint. If there are any unclear aspects in the issues raised, we may request additional information or clarification to conduct a thorough investigation. If we do not receive clarification within 7 working days, we will be unable to proceed with the review, and the case will be closed.

STAGE 2

The Manager will thoroughly review your complaint, and you will receive a comprehensive response within 7 working days. You may respond in writing to this reply.

STAGE 3

If you are still dissatisfied with the response, you have the option to escalate your complaint in writing to the Chief Executive Officer. Every aspect of the complaint will be re-examined, and you will receive a further response within 10 working days. If you remain unsatisfied with the final response, your next step is to seek independent legal advice.

TIMEFRAMES

In certain circumstances, especially in complex cases, the review of your complaint may take longer than the specified timeframes outlined at each stage. If we anticipate this, we will notify you promptly with a revised schedule.
