Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: Participation in this referral program is exclusively available to clients who have received treatment at Laser Me Out and are registered in our system. This program is available for clients who refer new customers who have not previously received treatments from Laser Me Out.
Program Start Date: This program is effective from 1st October 2024 and is not applicable retroactively.
Treatment Eligibility: This referral program applies solely to laser hair removal treatments.
Client Requirements: To qualify, clients must have purchased a course of six laser hair removal sessions and spent a minimum of £500 with Laser Me Out. The £500 spend must be on a single course of treatments and cannot be combined from multiple purchases. Any spend below £500 will not be eligible for this referral scheme.
Referral Reward: Upon a successful referral, £100 will be transferred to the designated bank account under the referrer’s name within 30 days of the referred party’s full payment and completion of the 14-day refund period.
Payment Conditions: Payments will only be made to bank accounts registered under the referrer’s name, following the successful completion of the referral process.
Program Exclusivity: This offer is valid from its launch date and does not apply to referrals made prior to 1st October 2024.
Combination with Offers: This referral program is not applicable to any clients that have purchased an influencer promotion at any price over £500. This referral programme can be combined with in clinic offers over £500.
Exclusions: Influencers, immediate family members (spouse, children, siblings, parents), and business associates are excluded from participating in this referral program.
Referral Confirmation: Once the referred client completes their payment, an email confirmation will be sent to the referrer with relevant details.
Compliance: This program complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy standards.
Terms Modification: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Dispute Resolution: For any disputes or concerns, please contact us at hello@lasermeout.com. A member of our management team will respond within 72 hours.
Right to Refuse: Laser Me Out reserves the right to decline payment in cases of suspected fraud, misuse of the referral program, or failure to meet the referral requirements.
Referral Form: The LMO referral form must be fully completed and submitted within 30 days of the referred client's payment to be eligible for this program.
General Terms: Standard terms and conditions of Laser Me Out also apply.
